🦄 Whats are the Unicorn Lead rides?
Within your 15 minute time slot take a gentle stroll upon one of our gorgeous unicorns with the help of one of the handlers. We encourage each participant to make their way to the round yard area before their riding session begins. Each child must be under 35 kilos to participate in the rides.
*Please note the ride isn't for the entire 15 minutes as other riders can also booked for the same session time.

Where is it located?
The Adorable Unicorn Palace is nestled in the heart of the Illawarra region in the pristine valley of Calderwood. You will find us: (20 minutes inland from Shellharbour), A beautiful scenic drive (1 hour 30 minutes from Sydney's CBD).

How does ticketing work?
- There are 2 session times on Saturday: 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm. Tickets are limited per session and therefore bookings in advance are essential. Please do not arrive without purchasing a ticket in advance (tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate).
- Everyone attending needs a ticket.
- Children must be supervised at all times, by a ticket holding adult.
- Babies under 1 years old may attend for FREE.
Can we refund our ticket?
We are a collection of small businesses hoping to spread some magic in the community. Due to the nature of hosting such events, tickets are strictly non refundable. However a name change can be arranged. We would like to thank you in advance for this understanding.
🚗 Is there parking at the event?
- We kindly ask guests to carpool where possible to assist with car park flow. Our car parking team will assist in showing you were to park
👗 Can we dress up?
Wear whatever makes you feel happy, comfortable and magical. This is an outdoor venue. Comfortable enclosed shoes and sun safety measures are recommended. Many of our little guests wear costumes and fun outfits. We kindly ask to help avoid any confusions that adults do not wear full costumes, but accessories and sparkles are welcome.
✨Respect & Safety Waiver:
- All ages are welcome to attend. This is foremostly a children’s event so please act accordingly. It is strictly an alcohol and smoke free zone.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Our team all have WWCC but are performers not babysitters.
- Pets are not welcome for this event with the exception of registered service animals.
- Please do not feed the unicorns, stand behind them, make loud noises or bring balloons close to them for the safety of the unicorns & guests on rides.
- We kindly ask you do not arrive too early and leave punctually so we can prepare the space and animals for the next guests.
- Upon arrival you will be greeted, allocated a parking spot, checked in and issued an event schedule, and map.
- Foremostly you are responsible for your own safety and belongings. The organisers are not liable for any injury or loss incurred by attendees and are relieved of any liability claims.
🌧 What happens if it rains?
- Our team may be magical, however we can’t wish away bad weather.
- Please note the event will continue in rain and gentle winds however some activations will not be available or altered. Weather refunds are not available.
- For the safety of all, on the chance of a canceled or postponed event due to bad weather such as storms, strong winds or a state emergency all guests will receive full credit towards the future event.

📸 Will there be photography on the day?
- Please be mindful our team and guests will be capturing lots of special moments throughout the event and images may be shared on social platforms or websites.
- Wristbands can be collected upon check in for those who are not comfortable with their picture or video being shared so we can do our best to avoid this.
Can i bring a picnic?
- Guests are welcome to bring their own small picnic rug, snacks and are encouraged to bring their own water but we kindly ask you take your rubbish back with you.
What food is AVAILABLE?
- Some confectionery items and drinks will be available for purchase on the day while stocks last. We also have our crowed favorite lolly bags available at the shop
All Inclusive Event
- This is an inclusive event, all are welcome. For those with mobility restrictions please be mindful there are some slopes in the grass paddock but our team will do their best to assist you.
- Please respect the animals and our guests with sensory needs by not bringing any loud horns, firearms or whistles. It is our hope to offer a calm and kind atmosphere.
