Adorable Pony Parties is looking for a Head Entertainer to manage and host our parties at our beautiful Calderwood venue 🌿
About the Role:
You’ll be the face of the party — leading magical unicorn and fairy experiences, managing staff, and creating unforgettable moments for children and families.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Hosting and running unicorn & fairy-themed parties
✨ Leading and coordinating other entertainers
✨ Managing party flow and ensuring everything runs smoothly
✨ Interacting with children and families with confidence and energy
✨ Working with our gentle miniature ponies dressed as unicorns
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
💫 Is confident, bubbly, and great with kids
💫 Has leadership or management experience
💫 Is reliable and organised
💫 Has experience with horses (essential)
💫 Loves animals (especially ponies!)
💫 Has weekend availability (this is essential)
💫 Has a driver’s licence and transport
Don’t worry if you’re not confident in everything yet, full training will be provided. You will only host parties independently once you feel fully confident and ready.
This is truly a magical job in a one-of-a-kind setting ✨
📍 Location: Calderwood, Illawara

Assistant Entertainer: $25 per hour
Head Entertainer: $35 per hour
(Sundays paid at time and a half) + Super
📅 Availability: 1–3 weekends per month
