Shade Availability:
Rest assured, we provide ample shade for your comfort. Our setup includes (3 x 3 meter) marquees and two majestic shading trees nestled in the heart of the party area. Additionally, the delightful sea breeze adds to the natural cooling ambiance.
Guest Signage:
To ensure your guests can easily locate our grounds, we'll have plenty of signage at the main gate on the day of the party.
Wet Weather:
Regarding your concern about potential weather conditions, rest assured that we prioritise safety above all else. We understand the importance of monitoring weather forecasts, especially when planning outdoor events. As the service provider, we commit to making a decision by 7 am on the morning of the party whether to proceed, postpone, or cancel based on the severity of the weather forecast.
If the decision is made to cancel the party due to severe weather, we will refund all funds except for the $200 deposit. Alternatively, if the party needs to be postponed, we will seamlessly transfer the payment to the rescheduled date.
