FAQ
What happens in the case of wet weather?
No worries — our venue is indoors, so your party can go ahead rain or shine! In the case of extreme weather (such as winds exceeding 30 km/h or heavy rain that makes it unsafe or uncomfortable to be outside), the party package may be adjusted to our Crafty Kids option. Any difference in cost will be refunded after the party. Our party entertainers will advise you on the day if any changes are required due to weather conditions.
Kitchen facilities
A fridge and kitchen are available to keep your food fresh and cool. If you’d like to heat food on the day, you’ll just need to bring your own equipment — there is ample power point access and bench space in the kitchenette 😊
Deposit
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your party date and time at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your party, and a payment reminder email will be sent 😊

No decorations are required 😊 We have everything organised for you on the day to make the party seamless and as easy as possible, so you can sit back and enjoy it.

Our party packages are generally designed with a unicorn/fairy theme, which tends to be more popular with girls. Of course boys are absolutely welcome to join in the fun 😊
