🦄 Unicorn Party Schedule - Example Times:
9:30 AM – Arrival & Setup
We arrive to begin setting up the magical fairyland backdrop.
The unicorn remains in the float until the party officially begins — preserving the surprise
10:00 AM – Party Begins
The unicorn makes its grand entrance.
Children enjoy hands-on activities: brushing, walking, and feeding the unicorn with carrots.
Dress the unicorn in sparkly accessories and wings!
10:30 AM – Interactive Unicorn Trick Show
A 20-minute show full of whimsical fun and impressive unicorn tricks, including:
Nodding yes and no
Giving kisses and smiles
A fun high-jump competition
The birthday child receives a pair of fairy wings and a keepsake photo of the unicorn.
10:50 AM – Photo Time
Capture magical moments with group, family, and individual photos.
If suitable, the birthday child may enjoy a special seated photo on the unicorn.
11:00 AM – Unicorn Farewell
Say goodbye to the unicorn with one last pat and cuddle.
11:00–11:20 AM – Pack Down
We begin packing up the party area. This typically takes 15–20 minutes.

Required Entertainment Space:
This party package is suitable for most small backyards with a flat grass surface. For the show we need a minimum area of 5 x 8 meters.
Fairyland Setup:
We supply all the necessary equipment for the show, including a podium, backdrop and a unicorn jump, accompanied by enchanting music to set the scene. Guests can relax on fairy-themed blankets and cushions, surrounded by delightful fairyland decorations like silk flowers and bunting, creating a fairyland atmosphere.
Is your backyard appropriate?
Parking: We greatly value convenient access to parking, with our large transportation vehicle. We kindly request a parking space approximately 2.5 cars in length to comfortably fit both our horse float and ute.
Outdoor area: For our Classic Package, we require a minimum outdoor area of 8 x 5 meters. It is preferable that the area is turfed or has a soft base for the comfort of our ponies. We kindly ask for a few photos of the selected location to ensure suitability.
Pets: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly request that all dogs and pets are securely tied up or kept away from the entertainment area during the event.
Entry & Exit: While our ponies are adept at navigating through narrow passageways, they may encounter difficulty with stairs, especially those that are open-backed. A few deep, solid stairs may be manageable. We kindly ask for photos of any obstacles, such as stairs, that the ponies will need to navigate for entry and exit purposes. This will allow us to ensure a smooth and safe experience for our beloved ponies and guests alike.
What if the pony poo's? In the event of pony droppings, rest assured that we promptly clean up any mess and ensure its removal by the end of the event. Additionally, if you're interested, pony poo serves as excellent fertilizer for gardens, and we're more than happy to leave it behind for your use. Let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this eco-friendly option!
