Payment Policy:
Once you have finalized your event and chosen a package, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please note, we are unable to hold dates without a deposit. A $500 portion of this deposit is non-refundable
Refund Policy:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance and any additional payments can be refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event.
If the event is cancelled by us due to inclement or dangerous weather, your deposit and full payment will be refunded. If the client cancels on the day of the event, the full balance is non-refundable.

Weather Policy:
In the event of dangerous weather or an act of God that could put our animals or handlers at risk, we will cancel the service and provide a full refund.
WHat is 'Operational time'?
Operational time begins once the ponies start serving guests. This time is continuous, with no breaks, for the full duration of the contracted service.
WHat typres of things can the animals service in their baskets?
Our ponies can serve any beverages, snacks, party favors, or programs that you provide. While we do not sell alcohol, our handlers are certified to serve it. We can serve wine and champagne, but please ensure the bottles are opened prior to the service.
What if they need to go to the bathroom at your wedding?
Our ponies are equipped with discreet black poo bags that conceal both sight and smell, leaving your beautiful venue completely clean and animal-free!
Can we pick which animals will come to our event?
When selecting animals for your wedding, we ensure they are well-rested, healthy, and ready to serve your guests! For their safety and wellbeing, we cannot allow clients to choose specific animals, as several factors determine which pair is best suited for your special event.
Can we book just one horse?
We currently only offer pairs of horses, as each has a bonded buddy and prefers to work alongside their best friend.
