​Can parents stay during the party? 

Of course parents can attend and stay during the party, this is especially common for the much younger children. 

Can hot water be provided? 

For an extra $20 a hot urn can be provided for tea and coffee.

Do you rent out your ponies?

No sorry we don't rent out our ponies. 
 
Can we bring our own food?

Yes.

Are there fridge facilities available?

​There are no fridge facilities as such on the tennis court, however during excessively hot weather we will try and make space our fridge if needed.  We suggest bringing an esky or polystyrene container with ice or ice packs to keep your food cool.

Is there a covered area in case of rain?

We have 3 marquee tents that provide shelter on the day. If the weather is really bad the party will be postponed or you can receive a full refund.

If inclement weather occurs when will the party be called off? 

The day before the party the decision will be made over phone call or over email. If the party is postpones the payment will move to the next booking, if you choose to cancel the party you will receive a full refund but not the deposit. 

Am I able to bring a lollie piñata?

Sorry we can't allow piñata's as they can spook the horses.

Are there any pizza delivery or dominos nearby?

Yes there are local food outlets who can deliver. The closest shops are in Mona Vale - which are only a 2 minute drive from us.

Are parents or babies in arms counted as part of the party numbers? 

No, just the children participating.
